How it works

The morning, sorted before you wake.

Your plan is written once. Readiday keeps it honest every day with your own data.

  1. Your body reports in

Sleep, heart rate and HRV come from your watch and your bed. Weight and blood pressure come in from your scales and cuff.

  2. Readiness is scored

Compared with your own normal, not a population average. A short note explains the score in plain language.

  3. Today is adjusted

A hard session might become an easy run, or heavy lifting might become mobility. Missed sessions get rescheduled within the recovery rules.

  4. It's on your wrist

The adjusted workout is already on your Garmin, with heart-rate targets, sets, reps and weights.

Readiness

Green, amber or red.

One honest call each morning, with the numbers behind it if you want them.

Green

Go as planned.

You've recovered. Today's quality session or heavy lift stays exactly as written.

Amber

Keep moving, ease off.

The intensity comes down. Hills become an easy run, and a long run gets shorter. The hard work moves to a day you can absorb it.

Red

Recover first.

Rest or mobility instead. The week reshuffles so nothing important is lost.

On your watch

Not just another app to check.

Every session arrives as a structured Garmin workout, so the watch guides you through it.

  • 01

    Structured runs

Intervals, hills and easy runs with heart-rate alerts that keep easy days easy.

  • 02

    Real strength workouts

Every exercise, set, rep, rest and target weight. Weights follow lighter weeks and coach adjustments.

  • 03

    Rest that sticks

Rest days and recovery spacing are rules the coach can't break, even when it reschedules.
