Terms

Terms of use

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms cover the Readiday iPhone app, its server and its email during the free beta. Readiday is run by Andrew Sinclair in Hobart, Australia. By agreeing in the app you accept them; if you don't, please don't use Readiday.

Not medical advice

Readiday gives training suggestions based on data from your devices. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Check with your doctor before starting a training programme, especially if you answered yes to any question in the health check. Stop and get help if you feel chest pain, faintness or anything else that worries you. You decide what training you do.

Fair use

Use Readiday for your own training. Don't try to break it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to get at other people's data. We can suspend an account that does.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Readiday is provided as is during the beta, and we aren't liable for injury, loss or damage from following its suggestions or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Changes and contact

If these terms change we'll tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. Questions: hello@readiday.com.
